The normal serial schedule resumes this week, with part 5 of Moonwitch by M.J. Willow, part of our Bad Moon Rising serial, and part 4 of Cinder-Elle by Mell Eight, part of our Fairy Tale serial. You can find all current and past chapters on the serial fiction page.
Deadline for The Bestiary approaches!
Just under two months remain before the deadline for The Bestiary. Stories for this collection are due by June 30, 2012 and should be between 15,000 and 30,000 words.
Dragons, firebirds, griffons, kirin, unicorns, centaurs, demons, chimaera—these are but a few of the countless monsters that endlessly fascinate. What about them draws us in? What brings us back to them over and over? More importantly, what is capable of taming these unconquerable creatures? Who or what could ever bring to heel these peerless beasts? A human? An equal? An enemy? The answers are endless, and yours to provide. |  |
